Alexandra, better known as Ali, earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University. She’s had many years of experience in the Physical Therapy field and is working towards becoming a physicians assistant. She will be running a Tough Mudder this year and enjoys working out, playing soccer, country concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
